Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.  
To be eligible, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.  
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.  
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.  

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, contact us at moringatotalhealth@gmail.com  

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.  
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
